ESA successfully concludes its participation in Italy’s leading trade fair for ecological transition, presenting cutting-edge projects and technologies. Our participation in Ecomondo 2025 , held in Rimini from 4 to 7 November , has come to an end. The event is Italy’s most important meeting point dedicated to ecological transition and sustainable innovation. Once again this year, the fair brought together companies, professionals, public institutions, and sector operators to share visions, experiences, and solutions aimed at building a greener and more efficient future. During the exhibition, we presented ESA’s new projects and innovative solutions developed to optimize waste collection and management processes, improve operational efficiency, and promote more sustainable models. It was a valuable opportunity to showcase the technologies we are investing in and that are helping to transform the industry. Among the main innovations introduced at the fair: New side-loader system , designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and speed in collection operations – patent pending ; Container with hidden hook and bottom doors , a solution focused on functionality, design, and ease of use, especially for more vulnerable users – patent pending ; Photovoltaic lighting systems for bins and containers , created for more sustainable, safer, and energy-autonomous urban spaces – patented . The interest and appreciation shown by the many visitors who came to our stand once again confirmed the importance of investing in technologies geared toward efficiency and sustainability. ESA at the forefront of sustainable innovation and the circular economy The 2024 edition of Ecomondo , one of the most important international trade fairs dedicated to environmental innovation and ecological transition, has come to a close with strong enthusiasm and participation. Once again this year, ESA played a leading role, bringing its concrete vision of sustainability, innovation, and environmental responsibility to the heart of the Circular Economy area. ESA ’s participation in Ecomondo México, one of the most important technological events in Latin America organized by ECOMONDO - ITALIAN EXHIBITION GROUP, has just ended. After two years of forced stop, ESA returns to Ecomondo and presents an awaited novelty for waste collection. The 24th edition of Ecomondo, the reference event in Europe for technological innovation and green economy, which is back in presence after almost two years of pandemic, has just ended in Rimini. ESA, for the occasion, exhibited the complete 2AS System to the numerous professionals of the sector, showing the conspicuous research and development work carried out in recent years, and presented a particularly awaited novelty: the MULTI-MUSHROOM CLAMP , capable of lifting all containers on the market, above-ground and underground, equipped with Kinshofer hook and now also F90. The new clamp, designed to operate with extreme speed and precision, finally frees Customers to choose vehicles and containers without obligations or ties. 2AS, the automatic and single-operator equipment for bilateral waste collection, thus confirms itself as the system with the most complete range on the market, which can be combined with the well-established smart containers in recycled HDPE, in the Standard and Slim versions, and the new underground containers for areas of architectural prestige, all customizable with the hook at the discretion of the Customer. The equipment, compatible with all methane, hybrid and electric powered trucks, is the GREEN and INTERCONNECTED solution for Smart Cities ; integrable with all waste logistics technologies, it contributes to the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere thanks to the management software that defines the best path, avoiding unnecessary emptying. To complete the solutions for waste logistics, the K-Solar roll-off compactor with controlled access, particularly suitable for urban separate collection during events or utility peaks, self-powered by the photovoltaic panels on the roof. Collaboration with Gruppo Hera was at the center of ESA's participation in the event, thanks to the display at the main entrance of a Group's vehicle, set up with the robotic system, used by the municipal company in the historic center of Rimini, and a customized nozzle of a 2AS underground in the Uniflotte stand, already present in various locations in the city. This year the last edition of Ecomondo ended positively and ESA presented some of its most innovative solutions for the world of waste. The 23rd edition of Ecomondo, the reference trade fair for industrial and technological innovation in the circular economy, which recently recorded the highest number of foreign visitors, has just ended in Rimini We at ESA presented to the many professionals of the sector who came to our stand 2AS, the bilateral single-operator waste collection system, and the preview of the new above the ground containers, made of up to 40% recycled HDPE, environmentally friendly, equipped with modern UHF and GPS technology and suitable for green purchases. Great curiosity was also aroused by the two photovoltaic products, the modern roll-off compactor KS7 and T-Recycle, the vehicle with pedal assist system for waste collection in city centers and parks, and by the technological column for disposal of waste oil, Emilia. This edition has also seen us protagonists of "Water, Energy, Waste, Mobility", the business forum on cooperation between Italy and Egypt on the sustainable management of North African territory resources in the circular economy, organized by the Ecomondo Technical Scientific Committee in partnership with the Italian Embassy in Cairo and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. The convention has also seen the participation of Tamer Mostafa Ali, Chief Cabinet Officer of the Egyptian Ministry of the Environment, and of a large delegation of Egyptian speakers. We brought our experience on Egyptian soil in the design and construction of civil waste water purification plants and waste collection systems, which respond to the needs of management and enhancement of local resources in a green perspective and in harmony with the context.
