Waste Management Europe 2025
Today marks the conclusion of our experience at WME 2025, a special edition where we proudly took part as Circular Economy Partner. For three intense days, the fair served as a true point of reference for those who believe in a sustainable future, and we at ESA were honored to actively contribute to this vision. The 𝗖𝗲𝘀𝘁ò bins , chosen to furnish the public spaces of the event, were not only functional elements but also tangible symbols of the 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆, demonstrating how virtuous practices can integrate with daily life and environmental care. The dialogue with visitors, industry professionals, and institutions was rich with insights and confirms that the ecological transition is no longer a utopia but a concrete and shared necessity. The many questions and enthusiasm we received at our booth are strong evidence of the growing desire for change that motivates more and more people and organizations. This encourages us to continue our path of 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with solutions that combine technology, sustainability, and practicality, delivering tangible results and improving quality of life in cities and communities. Stop Violence Against Women
Violence Against Women: An Emergency That Requires Everyone's Commitment On November 25th, we observe the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women . This day represents much more than just a commemoration: it is a call to action, reflection, and, above all, collective responsibility. The numbers speak for themselves: violence against women remains one of the most widespread and persistent human rights violations in the world. It is not just physical violence but a multifaceted phenomenon. As a company, we prioritize the creation of a fair and respectful work environment. This commitment was recently recognized with the achievement of the Gender Equality Certification , a milestone that fills us with pride but also motivates us to do even more. This certification represents a solid foundation from which to implement increasingly effective policies to promote gender equality and combat all forms of discrimination and violence. We believe that gender equality in the workplace is closely linked to the fight against violence against women. A professional environment that ensures equal opportunities and promotes a culture of respect actively contributes to dismantling the stereotypes that often lie at the root of violent behaviors. Violence against women is not just a women's issue but one that concerns society as a whole. Only through the daily commitment of each of us can we build a future where respect and equality are no longer an aspiration, but a shared reality.

Each product on display reflected ESA’s commitment to transforming technological innovation into practical, everyday solutions, capable of addressing environmental challenges with clarity and long-term vision. A Space for Exchange, Dialogue, and Growth In addition to product exhibition, Ecomondo 2024 proved to be an invaluable opportunity for discussion and engagement. A day to discover modern waste collection On the occasion of the World Recycling Day , ESA hosted at its headquarters the guys of the C.I.O.F.S. of Bibbiano . The aim of the meeting was to raise awareness among young people about separate collection and modern collection systems. In particular, they were shown the collection system 2AS - Two Automatic System combined with the recycled and recyclable plastic container . The young people had the opportunity to spend the day observing the various phases of the company’s production processes but above all to approach this new and innovative collection method. In addition to the vision of the medium in the process of emptying the container, there was talk of the importance of optimizing the separate collection , as a correct collection of waste allows to re-fill the recycled material in new productions . A suitable example is certainly the ESA hdpe container because thanks to the recovery of the plastic it is made of it is able to create a new product, also technological. It was a wonderful opportunity to discuss, with students and professors, on a subject that is particularly close to our hearts: the recovery of materials. Thanks to the school C.I.O.F.S. Bibbiano for the visit!
