Communication of the divestment by Mr. Enrico Benedetti of the ownership of the share assets of ESA SpA

In reference to the recent events of Ecologia Soluzione Ambiente SpA, and to complete the self cleaning actions promptly implemented by the company, the Board of Directors informs that Friday 14/06/2024 Mr. Enrico Benedetti, in full agreement with the judicial offices concerned, has fully disposed of the ownership of the shares of ESA s.p.A conferred to the established trust of purpose called ESA Trust.

All the shares of the company Ecologia Soluzione Ambiente SpA have been transferred to the Trust governed by the person of the trustee, Dott.ssa Maria Cristina Mescoli, a professional of recognized morality and esteemed technical professionalism. It should be noted that further organs of the trust are Mr. Fulvia Coli, who is assigned the role of Actuator and Dr. Michele Mambrioni to whom the office of Guardian is conferred. Also with reference to Mr. Coli and Dr. Mambrioni should mention the recognized qualities of moral reliability and renowned technical professionalism. Therefore, Mr. Enrico Benedetti, with a gesture of great responsibility, completely loses the quality of partner of ESA in favor of the trust.

ESA’s activities continue on a regular basis and it is reiterated that the company is not subject to any judicial measure and that all the actions taken to protect it give it full operational autonomy.
